2. Description of the Service

The Provider offers a tourist booking assistance and support service, which may include, by way of example and not limitation:

  • accommodation research

  • restaurant reservations

  • suggestion and booking of tours and experiences

  • organizational support for travel itineraries

The service consists exclusively of consultancy and assistance activities. The Provider is not a travel agency, does not sell tourist services directly, and does not act as a commercial intermediary.

3. Nature of the Service and Limitation of Liability

The client acknowledges that all bookings are made with independent third-party providers. The Provider does not guarantee availability, prices, quality, or proper performance of the booked services.

The Provider shall not be held liable for cancellations, overbooking, delays, strikes, service changes, damages, losses, or inconveniences experienced during the trip.

4. Prices

The cost of the service is:

€25 (twenty-five euros) per person for each scheduled day

All prices are expressed in Euros (€). The cost of services booked with third-party providers is not included and remains the sole responsibility of the client.

5. Payment Methods

Payment is required in advance through the methods indicated on the website (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Stripe, bank transfer). The service is considered confirmed only after payment has been received.

6. Cancellation

Days of service already provided are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

In the event of documented force majeure, the Provider reserves the right to offer a partial refund or issue a voucher valid for 12 months.

7. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, to verify dates, times, and conditions of the booked services, and to comply with the rules applied by third-party providers.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, structure, brand elements) is the property of the Provider and may not be used or reproduced without prior authorization.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.

11. Acceptance of the Terms

By submitting a request or completing a payment, the client declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
